By submitting this application you understand and consent that NITO is a 501(c)6 trade organization who's primary focus is to it's core membership defined as a U.S.-based small business, majority owner-operated, independent talent agency or management company with the NAICS Code 711410. Any advocacy or lobbying efforts that NITO commits to will be dedicated to our core membership and not associate membership. By applying for associate membership you understand this is in effort to interact with and support NITO's core membership and is not a sign of endorsement by either party.
